Ambrose, or more affectionately known as CK by his acting peers, has been acting for Mediacorp Channel 8 since 1998, the first show being “Geylang, Geylang” 《芽笼，芽笼》.

Having graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Applied Science (Materials Engineering) in 1995, CK is effectively bilingual. He can also speak fluent Cantonese.

Since 1998, CK has acted in close to 100 Channel 8 shows, and  also ventured  into Channel 5 dramas as well, the most notable being the character “Uncle Robert” in Sunny Side Up (2023-2024).

CK is also a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) with the Toastmaster movement in Singapore since 2001, and is currently the trainer of his own Public Speaking Course, which is Skillsfuture credits claimable.
